Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to Crypto Alert. By downloading or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service and the End-User License Agreement.

1. License Grant

Crypto Alert grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the app on your device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• You agree not to copy, distribute, sublicense, or resell the app.
• You agree not to use the app in any manner not permitted by these terms.

3. Use of the App

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this app.
• You agree not to misuse the app or engage in unlawful activity.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat and billed through your App Store/Google Play account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. Alerts & Data

• We provide cryptocurrency alerts but do not guarantee accuracy or profitability.
• All trading decisions are your responsibility.

6. Advertising

• Non-premium users will see ads served via AdMob.
• Ad personalization settings can be managed in your device settings.

7. Account Deletion & Data Retention

• When you delete your account, we erase your personal data, including alerts and settings.
• For security and abuse-prevention purposes, we may retain non-identifiable technical information (such as a hashed device identifier and deletion date) for a limited period.
• This ensures fair usage and prevents repeated free account creation within a short period.

8. Ownership

The app and all intellectual property rights remain the property of Crypto Alert. You do not acquire any rights to the app other than the license granted above.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Your license to use the app automatically ends if you breach these terms.

10. Updates & Modifications

Crypto Alert may update the app at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of these updates.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This app is for informational purposes only and is not financial advice. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the changes.
